DocuSync is building a prototype to help small and mid-sized businesses in Vietnam and Southeast Asia read, summarize and extract key information from contracts, invoices and reports — in Vietnamese and English — using Claude's long-context reasoning.
Contracts, tenders and financial reports run dozens of pages. Key terms are easy to miss.
Local businesses often work across Vietnamese and English documents and need to review both accurately.
Information is copied by hand into spreadsheets and CRMs — slow and error-prone.
Below is an illustrative mockup of the workflow we are building. The product is currently in prototype stage.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice (Section 5.1). Either party may terminate with 60 days' written notice (Section 12.2). Late payments incur interest as specified in Section 5.4.

Process whole documents in one request instead of splitting them into fragments, so answers keep the full context.
Use tool use / JSON output to turn unstructured text into fields ready for spreadsheets and business systems.
Claude's multilingual ability lets us serve local businesses working across both languages.
The prototype returns supporting page numbers when it finds relevant evidence, so users can verify against the PDF.
